Design for Accessibility
Running a campaign with multiple moving projects, tight timelines, and dozens of assets isn’t just about keeping lists, it’s about seeing how everything connects. I’ve managed large-scale campaigns where a single product launch required coordinating print ads, digital banners, social content, event collateral, presentation decks, and video assets, all while ensuring brand consistency and meeting hard deadlines that couldn’t slip.
The challenge is that campaigns don’t move in straight lines. Creative needs change. Stakeholders provide late feedback. Legal reviews take longer than expected. A social asset gets approved while the corresponding web banner is still in rounds of revisions. My role is keeping all the pieces moving forward simultaneously without letting quality slip or timelines crash. I build detailed project plans, establish clear approval processes, and communicate constantly with cross-functional teams to ensure everyone knows what’s needed, when, and why it matters.
I’ve learned that successful campaign management requires equal parts organization and flexibility. You need the structure to track every asset through every stage, but also the agility to pivot when priorities shift or new opportunities emerge. Whether I’m managing internal designers, coordinating with external agencies, or jumping in hands-on to execute critical pieces myself, the goal stays the same: deliver cohesive campaigns that feel intentional across every touchpoint, on time and on brand.
Always with intention. Never just juggling chaos.

I have had the pleasure of working closely with Amber on a majority of our projects at NFP over the past few years. Amber helped seamlessly integrate creative design in to our technology processes creating incredible user experiences and interface designs that help build the NFP brand. She is a joy to work with on a daily basis and is eager and focused to help get tactical things done as well as push the bar strategically. She has built a lot of respect for her work, great relationship with her peers, and created an incredible team that has taken on a lot of her values. I don’t think I know a more inspiring, dedicated and hard working person.

I have worked with Amber in a couple of different capacities at NFP. I have assisted Amber in staffing several members of her team. From an HR perspective, she is responsive, throrough, action oriented and decisive. I see her as an approachable manager with clear expectations. I worked with Amber’s team to develop HR recruiting related brochures. She provided insight, clear messaging and appropriate graphics and branding to the project. I have no reservations in recommending Amber and she is a pleassure to work with.
