Design for Accessibility

Running a campaign with multiple moving projects, tight timelines, and dozens of assets isn’t just about keeping lists, it’s about seeing how everything connects. I’ve managed large-scale campaigns where a single product launch required coordinating print ads, digital banners, social content, event collateral, presentation decks, and video assets, all while ensuring brand consistency and meeting hard deadlines that couldn’t slip.

The challenge is that campaigns don’t move in straight lines. Creative needs change. Stakeholders provide late feedback. Legal reviews take longer than expected. A social asset gets approved while the corresponding web banner is still in rounds of revisions. My role is keeping all the pieces moving forward simultaneously without letting quality slip or timelines crash. I build detailed project plans, establish clear approval processes, and communicate constantly with cross-functional teams to ensure everyone knows what’s needed, when, and why it matters.

I’ve learned that successful campaign management requires equal parts organization and flexibility. You need the structure to track every asset through every stage, but also the agility to pivot when priorities shift or new opportunities emerge. Whether I’m managing internal designers, coordinating with external agencies, or jumping in hands-on to execute critical pieces myself, the goal stays the same: deliver cohesive campaigns that feel intentional across every touchpoint, on time and on brand.

Always with intention. Never just juggling chaos.
