Bytheway (by-the-way) is Old English for “the people who lived by the path,” positioned with purpose, not by accident. Three of the most common words in English become unforgettable when you add intention. That’s my surname and that’s my design philosophy. And I’m ready to lead creative teams who build work that’s strategically placed by the way forward.
Visual Anthology
It has been an absolutely privilege working with Amber. She’s one of the most talented and innovative graphic designers I’ve ever worked with—and so much more than that. She’s a creative leader, a brand and accessibility champion, and a true partner in bringing stories to life.
She led a team of designers and consistently raised the bar for visual storytelling at Intel’s Story Lab. Whether it was a high-stakes executive narrative, a major financial announcement, or a long-term campaign, Amber made sure everything was not only beautifully designed but also fully aligned with our brand. Her attention to detail, storytelling instincts, and deep understanding of the brand made a huge impact in all her work.
As a manager, she cared deeply for her team. She offered thoughtful, constructive feedback that helped elevate their work, encouraged out-of-the-box thinking, and always advocated for their wellbeing. Her team respected her immensely—and for good reason. She led with empathy, creativity, and a clear vision.
Amber brings clarity, creativity, and calm to every project—and she’s just a great person to work with.
