When Nike set out to build enterprise-wide AI fluency, someone had to make that feel approachable, exciting, and unmistakably Nike. That’s where I came in. Since January, I’ve owned all creative strategy, branding, and visual execution for the AI adoption initiative, designing the assets, campaigns, and training materials that reached 400+ teammates a week and helped move the needle on how an entire organization relates to AI. The data reflects the momentum: monthly prompts doubled, advanced usage grew 67%, and AI agent creation scaled from a handful to nearly 2,000. Good design helped make that possible.

The work isn’t just design. It’s the visual infrastructure behind a cultural shift. Every asset was built with intention, because that’s how to work.

I created the AI at Nike Figma board and it’s a quick look into how I think, design, and iterate. Rather than focusing only on final outcomes, it highlights my full design process including research, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and refinements along the way. Sharing my live workspace showcases my proficiency with industry-standard tools, my ability to manage complex systems, and my approach to building thoughtful, scalable design solutions through iteration and collaboration.
